Terms and Conditions:

Introduction: Sumi’s Kitchen is a Digital Business Company under Dhaka Our City Corporation (E-Trade License Number -TRAD/DNCC/076517/2022) owned by a single person. We originally started our journey from 2011 but got the license in 2019.

License Details: We are currently a Digital Business Company under Dhaka Our City Corporation (E-Trade License Number -TRAD/DNCC/076517/2022) owned by a single person. Apart from this, we have continued to apply for necessary licenses.

Order and Payment: We mainly supply all over Bangladesh through partial cash on delivery and partial advance payment. To confirm the food order, the partial price of the food has to be paid through Bkash or bank account. The remaining full price is paid by the consumer after receiving the product through the courier.

The price of each of our products is very well communicated to the customer and we supply the products based on the correct information.

Order cancellation and return: No return policy. But there are some exceptions. We return the product at our own cost if the food spoils or the quality of the product deteriorates due to any reason due to the courier. If the customer has any kind of problem, we can cancel the order if informed 2 days in advance.

Service Type: We try to provide healthy food to our customers by maintaining food hygiene and maintaining food quality. And we do that based on our own rules. We provide services based on customer needs.

Type of Company Ownership: Sole Proprietorship Company. It is an 80% women-run organization. We run our company entirely in our own ownership. Our organization is located in our own building.

Privacy: We protect the privacy of our customers and our suppliers through our own management practices.
